Problem

When I attempt to authenticate using CAS onto the Innovation Center Management Platform (ICMP), I am redirected to a page that says "Snap - Something Broke Redirecting..." and not logged in (Figure 1).

Solution

This is a known issue with the Innovation Center Management Platform. MakerBot has informed us that they intend to sunset the platform as they are currently developing a new platform and thus will not be issuing a fix. We have developed the following workaround.

Please follow the instructions below to request a local ICMP account that you can use to submit print requests.

  1. Request a local ICMP account via this form.
  2. You will receive an email when your account is created and is ready to use on the ICMP.
  3. Visit your custom URL and authenticate using the local account that was created for you.
  4. You are now able to submit print requests.

Heads up

Users with a local ICMP account must use their custom URL to log in each and every time. This URL is not publicly available as it overrides CAS, please bookmark it for future reference. If you have misplaced it, send an email to terrapinworks@umd.edu.
